This will be a very short lead time project that target to be finished in 20days, to meet ZeroG forum Group build due date :p
Progress so far, trim the 4 huge binder to enable a open funnel hatch.
The mechanism:
The binder cut out attached to the cut-out funnels portion of inner bracket.
A 1mm metal rod glued as hinge for the hatch to slide along.
Position 1 (closed)
Stressed .. when u have to repeat the same thing for another 3 ... =_=

By using panel line chisel , drag along the line until it thin enough , then slice through with cutter .
